Need Advice: Background Check Concerns After Receiving Analyst Offer

I recently received and signed an offer for an analyst position at one of the major brokerages in NYC. I am currently in the pre-boarding phase and have some questions regarding my background check, if anyone can assist. I received a DWAI while in college and am wondering whom I should disclose this to and when, as well as whether it might disqualify me from the position. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

I think they ask if you've ever been convicted of anything in the precheck questions right? Should've said it then, I think since it's 3 years and it affects your license they will see it. Better to be upfront now, know people who lied about being fired (different) and was let go. Heard of others who had serious records and accusations that were found out after they were there and let go.

Brokerage right?

There’s a good chance they already ran it and it’s why they offered you the job.
