Need advice on real estate tax
Hello all,
I'm currently in Big 4 tax and have a huge interest in real estate tax group. We don't have this group in our office, so I wanted to ask anyone who have experience / knowledge in the field.
1) What kind of jobs do you do other than compliance work? Do you get to do something that's unrelated to tax when doing consulting work? 2) What are the exist opportunities after 5 years or so? 3) Would it be possible to get exposure to valuation or does real estate advisory group handle all valuation related work?
