Looking to break into development, and am interested in speaking with brokers to gain some insight on who is doing a lot of the local deals. The only problem I have is that I have no idea which brokers to target, I found research analysts at some major brokerages I could reach out to, but any suggestions on who I should be specifically targeting, aside from land brokers? More interested in infill development.
