New Position, Need Advice

I recently was hired at a very small capital company with basically me and my boss/owner trying to expand his portfolio of CRE, I need to find a directory or a database for brokers so I can pound the phones to get our name out there. Anyone have that available to them or a website to find it? I also had a few questions about property management, as he has asked me to expand that as well.

Thank you.

CoStar is not a bad place to start for strictly contact info. Some of it will be outdated/stale but it will at least get you started. So this guy is basically having you source, do DD, and do property/AM all on your own? Do you have any prior exp. with this?

Not really, I did my best to self educated and worked at RCM for 6 months prior, which RCM is a marketing company so if viewing a couple hundred OM's a week counts then yes I have experience haha.

One good approach to take is to sign up for a free account at Real Capital Markets.

The article below shows you how to sign up for an account:

Customize your preferences to reflect the geography, product types, and deal size ranges you are looking at. Then reach out to the brokers on each of the deal e-mail blasts you receive in your inbox. This is an excellent way to get your name out there and meet entire brokerage teams.

PM me if you have any specific questions.
