I’m curious if anyone here has experience with New York Life’s real estate investment team. I come from a credit background and am interested in understanding:
• How difficult it is to land a role there compared to other real estate investment platforms
• What the day-to-day and culture are like
• Whether it serves as a good launch pad to private equity real estate firms
• How much they value prior credit/underwriting experience when hiring
