I am a licensed Washington State dentist in his late 50s. In the process of phasing out my clinical dentistry career. An active long time real estate investor. Just passed my Washington state real estate broker exam yesterday. In the process of looking for a real estate firm that has low monthly fee to hang my realtor license. It is gonna be hard to get good residential real estate agent advice on this website. People here are mostly interested in commercial real estate or institutional purchases of single family homes.
