Newmark Harmon / Spies Rep and Hours
Hi,
I hope everyone is doing well and will be spending time with family for Christmas. I am a sophomore interested in learning more about the Harmon / Spies team in NYC. I know they were brought over from Cushman & Wakefield but was wondering if anyone has any insights on the team and culture. If you had to start your career over would you want to start here. What do exit opps look like?
I’m guessing no matter what shop you worked under them at the answer is going to be the same.
Hours: Awful.
Pay/Experience/Exit Opps: Exceptional.
