Hey all,
So I have an offer with a full service brokerage firm that isn't very large and think I can do better (proven sales skills, excelled at both prior positions I had). The issue is I am transitioning into different non local market, what's the best way to get my resume into a decision makers hands if there is no clearly defined position or clearly defined person to submit the resume to. I should mention I am transitioning from the residential lending/servicing side.
