No word 1 month after superday
I interviewed with a firm for an associate position about a month ago. I was interviewed by 15 people. I'm assuming they gave someone else an offer but I never heard back from them and I''d like to receive a formal rejection before accepting an offer anywhere else. Should I leave it as is or follow up
You should have followed up with them 1-2 weeks after the interview, remember that for next time.
At this point, I would assume you are not getting it and move on with other offers.
Unfortunately you almost certainly didn't get it. Rejections always lag a few weeks while they make sure they get answers from the person(s) they sent offers to.
EDIT - The job posting was just re-posted. It had expired before. Is it appropriate to confirm with them that they don't want to give me an offer?
