Noob question: In general, what is considered a lot of square feet for MF, Retail, and Office?
I’m new to commercial real estate and have an interest in it. The only thing is, I have no idea how to value a piece of property. Is a high square footage amount a factor or purely location and condition or the property?
Wtf r u asking here….?
What’s a typical square footage for MF, Retail, and Office? What is considered small and large in terms of square feet for each asset type?
Tf…idk dude
500k+ = mega fund
200k+/- = middle market
100k- = no name
….this is a dumb question it’s irrelevant - a 25,000 sf building in downtown LA could cost the same as a 350,000 sf building in mobile AL
Don't really think of MF in terms of sqft so I would say 150+ units
And then 100K sqft for office and retail
