Basically the title — does anyone have any insight on comps (Associate / Senior Associate), culture, WLB, deal exposure, etc.?

I also noticed they recently changed their global head of RE, so curious if that’s had any impact internally!

“Nick was fantastic. He didn’t just glance at my resume and give me generic advice—he explained exactly why it wasn’t telling the story I wanted it to tell, then helped me figure out how to fix it. He pushed me to be more intentional about how I talk about my experience and gave me concrete steps to prepare for interviews, from tailoring my resume to practicing financial modeling. I also appreciated how candid he was. When I asked about real estate capital markets versus sales and trading, he gave me his honest opinion while being clear about his own perspective. they used Sousou Partners for this most recent RE asso process in ldn

re: other questions - comp-wise they're a touch below like a GIC, at around £170k total pa afaik, but might be dated with the new regime over there. they used to have kind of a weird quasi-siloed team structure but again that might be old news under the reorg
