Broker, any asset class but more so for multi.

If you are shopping around for a specific deal i suggest providing more info like product type and deal size. Otherwise you’re going to get a lot of different answers
Sure most of our business is in multifamily with some mixed use, student housing as well as senior housing mixed in. Deal size would be $10M - $50M. Transaction type would be mainly value add with some core value add deals as well. Sorry to paint a broad brush but we typically play in a lot different avenues so its hard to be specific.
