Not sure what company execs gauge is on this, but I’m noticing that all my finance/tech UG peers still want NYC
Our generation still wants to go to the office, I know it’s the same argument that we are social beings, but just to emphasize I think players taking advantage of NYC distress will see long term gains
I would never dream of betting against NYC
