NYC CRE Analyst Pay

Curious what others are getting paid as analysts 1-2 years out of school in New York City...be it capital markets (IS/Debt/Equity), Acquisitions, Development, Asset Management, Bal Sheet Lenders etc...

Yep - OM underwriting and due diligence process. Usually doing modeling, going through leases, operating statements, etc. I get to occasionally go on site visits and what not, but most of my time is spent running scenario analyses for RFPs, BOVs, or OMs in excel and argus or fielding questions for properties on the market.

Sometimes I get to go client meetings and sit there obediently.
