NYC Investment Brokerages Offering Salary + Commission?

Are there any IS or retail brokers in NYC currently on salary with commission? I was wondering if any of the larger brokerages JLL, Nemark, M&M, Cushman offer hybrid structures like this?

Short answer…there is nobody. Every successful broker took a chance at some point. That’s the mindset, nobody will give you such an opportunity risk free.

If you gotta have salary then get on the lender side. You will have a generous salary there…but that commission structure is very different. You’ll have a ‘waterfall’ structure where you have to pay back 3-4 times your salary and then keep maybe 25% of revenues you bring in. Broker (on the debt side) is usually 50/50 right out the gate.
