NYC Salary Disclosure
Found the article below today, surprised I hadn't heard of this until now. Any thoughts?

"As of May 15, nearly all companies will need to list salary ranges on job posts to comply with a new city law. The effects of this could be significant, many say. Besides giving job seekers a better understanding of what a role could pay, this new rule would enable existing employees to compare their pay with the stated ranges in open roles while giving companies insight into the pay practices of rivals."
