NYC’s investment sales rankings

Looking to find out who the top teams are in NYC.

I’ve seen rankings for brokerages in terms of $ and transaction volume but haven’t found a comprehensive ranking of the underlying teams or individual brokers. Who have been the rain makers over the last 5 years (besides Stacom and Knackal)? Any new teams gaining a lot of traction?

As far as institutional IS:

Big 2:

Cushman - Harmon and Spies

CBRE - Darcy & Shanahan

after that I’d probably say Eastdil’s team with Gary Phillips, Newmark’s team with Brett Siegel, and JLL’s team with Scandalios. Colliers recently hired Peter Nicoletti from JLL so I assume they’ll grow into a pretty big NYC player too over the next few years.
