NYU Housing Payment Plans?

Title. Totally confused about the payment dates and installments. Bursar's Office and Housing Department have been very unclear about it.  I'm paying for my housing out of pocket and I'm relying on the SA income to pay the fee. What's been everyone's experience on this sub?

You usually have to pay at least 50% of it before you move in (don't remember if this includes the housing deposit as well), then 50% due I think at the end of June. That's at least what I had done last year when I lived in the law school housing. I'd just call the Bursar's office.

Yeah I figured at least 50%. Issue was they were a bit unclear about the second date. Some said June 10th… others said later… others didn't know if payments could be accepted. Seems like a lot of information is lost in the bureaucracy there.
