Hey Everyone,
When comparing Oaktree to some of the other megafunds, how does Oaktree rank? I know they're renowned for their success in credit, but I don't know much about their real estate platform. Can someone tell me a bit more about this firm's real estate group? Thanks in advance!

Their debt fund is pretty cool. They do interesting work and play a lot in mezz/ bridge/ short term funding. They primarily analyze equity multiple as opposed to IRR. The guy who leads the debt fund went from BYU -> HBS. Cool guy to talk to
