Occupancy Rate in Commercial Properties
What do you think about Covid related causes that can directly affect the occupancy rate in Commercial Properties? I am thinking about megastores and the trade off that every retailer could face: fixed rent costs and sales decreasing sharply.
Hi, Some articles suggests that the occupancy rate is minimizing to 20%. This covid has brought a worst situation that people cannot pay rent for CRE's and its badly affecting owners too.
