Off market CRE deals better? How to find off market deals? Best practices
Hi guys want to know how to find great real estate deals off market, most stuff from broker are way to over inflated, how to find deals off market without being too invasive on people like knocking of doors. Noticed many big developers will leave letter or post one.... but what about vacant properties or commercial assets with great potential how do you find who the owner is and do this efficiently.
