Have an ok offer in hand, it's what I want to do long term at a smaller shop. I have a few other interviews I'm in the middle of (ex: 3/5 rounds with last two being more senior level ok's, 1/2 rounds direct with a partner great opportunity but uncertain of a few things). In some of these interviews they have said let us know if you get an offer so we can expedite the process.
Is it as easy as saying I have an offer and if you're interested in moving forward what would the rest of the timeline be? I plan on giving an answer to the offer today with start date 1.5-2 weeks away.
