Currently working at a developer for value-add/opportunistic commercial projects based on west coast. Went from seeing 5-10 new deals a week to currently 1 a week - thought things would pick up around now. Curious to hear how deal flow is looking for the rest of you guys.

Obviously less busy but my firm has closed deals. Saw a flood of deals in the middle of the summer and now I'm only seeing a few. Some are interesting and some have insane pricing expectations. Price discovery is still challenging.
