Office Model Review

hey everyone,

I'm changing gears over to a more office/industrial type of investment role (previously only multi-family) and I've been working on some of the financial modeling differences between the different asset types. I have next to zero experience with office so would be grateful if anyone had time to look over my models and give some feedback. That would be sweeeeeet!

cheers
