Office tenant rep??
Thoughts on going into office leasing brokerage (specifically tenant rep) in NYC? I know net absorption is down a lot the past few years, but wondering if this is still a path to make good money. Any insight into what young brokers are making (years 1-5) in recent years is much appreciated.
