I'm not familiar as you are with Omnam, but how do you conciliate your story with their top-notch track record in hospitality? Honestly Omnam it's one of the first names that come to my mind whenever I think about hospitality players (maybe because i'm Italian and they're highly acquisitive here)
They have built a wonderful success story in Italy. Decent talent pool, and success is also down to their capital partners. Like I said, the Italian office is a different setup/personnel and culture. They also have a talented guy in thier london office.
look at their turnover. Ask the people who left why they left.
