Opportunistic RE investments/developments
I am wondering what could be interesting and attractive business ideas to be developed in real estate if the GP is looking for spectacular returns? Something related to ageing population, urbanization, sustainabiluty and shift to project work and popularity of expats etc. come to my mind at first.
I have been assigned a case to come up with a solid business idea that should be implementable to achieve superior returns, so how should I start tackling this?
