Options from Investment Sales Brokerage?

4.5 YOE (~1.5 as analyst / ~3 as producer) for a top NNN team at a large firm (Southwest). I primarily worked with a more sophisticated client base in the developer, PE, owner/operator realm. Was modestly successful with $100mm in transaction volume during my time as a producer but left for an opportunity in MF.

I pivoted and moved over to a director of acquisitions role for a small, lean MF development shop and was axed 8 months in due to market conditions. Basically hung out to dry so currently on the hunt for a new gig.

Obviously transaction volume is slowing so acquisition/asset management roles aren’t in high demand, which also translates the debt side. Any suggestions on positions to pursue (other than brokerage)? What sectors are actually hiring in this market?
