Hi All, I'm looking at a new role with a top 50 balance sheet lender (global investment bank). To anyone who is in lending what is the difference between Sr. Associate and a VP/ Dir Role. How much is execution and being given deals from the MD's while growing your network and deals you originate yourself. What are the kind of hours, and if it doesn't workout what are the exit opportunities.
