Owner/Operator Asset Management Software Recommendation

Hi Everyone,

I am working on the multifamily asset management side. We currently own 14 assets totaling ~5,000 units. On property level, there are many operational and administrative things to track day-to-day: Rent Growth, Occupancy, Delinquency, Insurance expiration and RE tax increases which we do manually tracking now. As the portfolio grows (soon to be 20 assets), I am wondering if there's any Asset Management Software that we could utilize to see the performance on the portfolio level? The property management team sends financials and metrics each month, I think it would be nice to transfer these information directly to the software and run a report that can present to the Partners. Please feel free to share your experience or if you heard of anything related. Any advice would be appreciated!
