Hey man what was the assessment like?
How was it? Taking mine tomorrow
I've seen it from a friend. I have very little background with SQL and such and I was so lost when he sent it over to me. I know how to model in excel pretty well when it comes to multifamily acq and dev and basically told my buddy this is nothing similar to what I do for work. Obviously since they are a credit group it was different.
I'm not going in with high hopes for my assessment tomorrow. I'm decent with Finance and Excel, but I barely know anything about SQL.
I know this is old but would you happen to have the file/ any more information on it?
