I'm curious about them. What's the culture like, hours, and comp? They seem like a smart group but how are they actually to work with?
For context, I'm looking at a post-MBA Associate role.

Really great group of people, I have a lot of respect for their firm. I know several of the partners well and would work there in a heartbeat. I can't comment on hours or comp but I imagine they are pretty inline with other placement agents/private capital advisory groups. They work on a lot of interesting assignments with top-tier GP's.
