Really great group of people, I have a lot of respect for their firm. I know several of the partners well and would work there in a heartbeat. I can't comment on hours or comp but I imagine they are pretty inline with other placement agents/private capital advisory groups. They work on a lot of interesting assignments with top-tier GP's.
