Part-time/Freelance RE work?
anybody have experience using Bullpenre or other sites to get part-time/freelance RE work? Would be interested to learn about your experience and if there are other sites you recommend to find job postings.
I have an active contract on Bullpen helping analyze and underwrite investment ops. Honestly the easiest money I think I've ever made. Plus, unlike your MD, these guys actually value your input and opinion due to the fact that they simply aren't savvy investors.
How are the hours and is it fully remote? How much of the pay do you pocket vs. what gets split with bullpen? Whats the profile of the company you work for (understand if you can't give too much detail)? I'm assuming no benefits and the income is 1099?
Easy hours, I only work when there's an acquisition or potential investment, 100% remote. Pocket all of the hourly, not sure what they charge the client though. Single investor just looking to park some cash in CRE. No benefits and 1099. This is just my experience though, YMMV.
