I just listened to a podcast talking about passive investing groups. They sound a lot like Realty Mogul or CrowdFund.
What are the names of the groups doing this?
What kind of money are they raising?
Do any of them know how to look at deals?
Are they opening themselves up to liability by claiming they vetted deals?
