For NYC and then additional for second tier cities like Chi/Boston/Dallas
Breakdown between base and bonus. Trying to set expectations for year end and whether or not I should be looking for new roles.

200-300k is a safe bet in my experience. Yes, wide range but, there’s a ton of factors that come into play with pay.
