Pay 3 YR Exp / first yr associate
What would you guys expect for pay with 3 years experience / first year associate. At a equity fund with >1 billion AUM.
For NYC and then additional for second tier cities like Chi/Boston/Dallas
Breakdown between base and bonus. Trying to set expectations for year end and whether or not I should be looking for new roles.
Go search websites in NYC since they have to disclose pay ranges!

200-300k is a safe bet in my experience. Yes, wide range but, there’s a ton of factors that come into play with pay.
