PE Shop or Debt and Equity Brokerage

Hello,

I am interested in hearing peoples advice for two offers that I have. The eventual goal is to work in a large REPE firm doing acquisitions. I have an offer from a shop that I interned for last summer doing a bit of everything such as asset management, investor reports, financial analysis of acquisitions. The problem here is they recently lost their analyst and asset manager and only have about 150M AUM but recently acquired a property. This seems high risk when I also have another offer a big brokerage firm helping a debt originator underwrite all of his deals. Which do you think would be the better opportunity and is there any major downside with becoming a do it all associate at the PE shop straight out of undergrad.

Thanks
