Whats the best way for me to get an entry level position in RE? I work at a small PE shop, but I had no idea where I wanted my career to go until now (RE). Should I go for internships? Most jobs say 2-3 yrs of experience, but I have under 2. I have been getting interviews, but no offers yet.
