Penzance - DC firm?

Anyone heard of Penzance? Looks like they mainly work in the DC area. Looking at a position there and was curious about their reputation, culture, etc. Seems like they’re pretty active.

Very active but also very restricted to working in their geographic backyard.  Depending on how active the overall DC Metro real estate market is, is how busy they'll be, is what I'm getting at

No idea on MFs. I’d say no but nothing is impossible.

I more mean if you start at Penzance on their deal team and are competent you’ll be able to jump around the circuit of local players (DC operators/family offices/developers etc) as a career.
