Where do institutional RE Funds train their new hires in real estate financial modeling? Doesn't seem like there is as much out there for true property deal making as is for investment banking? Does anybody know this?
Yes, I do realize about REFM and Adventures in CRE,& ULI, but didnt know if there was another source that on a whole these groups use specifically?
