Pereview CRE AM Platform Testimonials

I'm looking for feedback from others who have used Pereview as an investment/asset management platform. My firm, a CRE pref/mezz shop with $1-2B deployed across 30 some deals, is looking for a proper AM platform to streamline a bunch of our processes that are currently very manual.

It would be great to hear about some real experiences with this platform before we move forward.

I tried to implement it (against my will) at my last job. We never got it to work properly and our asset managers didn't even bother making accounts on the website. This was by far the most frustrating non-deal assignment at my last job. The platform is absolutely terrible. The programmers don't know what they're doing and can't follow the most basic instructions. There's a reason why it's so cheap compared to the alternatives. Stay away if you want to keep your sanity.

Wouldn't recommend. Will spend more time trying to show them what you would like and how to calculate it versus actually using it for any worthwhile KPIs you will habitually check. I never use it and have to resort to just pulling data or using our PM's financial package

@kylejackson Cherre was on our preliminary list, but didn't make it past an early look for one reason or another.

I'm surprised to hear the negative feedback about Pereview given how strong their presentations were and how well they spoke to my firm's biggest pain points.
