I have a first round OCR interview with PGIM for real estate and real estate finance. Wondering if anyone who has been through them could shed some light? Are they mainly behavioral or technical? if technical, what kind of technicals? Im pretty new to real estate, so do not know what to expect. Thanks

Candidly this was when I was in my last semester of college so my memory may not be completely accurate. It was a pretty normal interview, kind of what you would expect from a large company like them. A lot of behavioral, but also a lot of questions about my experience. There wasn't anything super technical that I remember.
