PGIM RE Analyst Singapore Office

I'm an undergrad graduating this June 2017, applying for PGIM RE Analyst in Singapore's office. I've got 1 step foot in through network, but I have to get past the case studies and interviews.

I was wondering if anyone has done the case studies (or similar ones for RE / have tips for me). Would also like to know if the comps in Singapore would be similar to that in the US.

Cheers

Well of course it does. But as someone who has lived in SG you don't need to as it's an english speaking country. There's plenty of British, American, and Australians in the SG business community.

I haven't heard of things comp-wise for RE in SG but my friend's dad worked for a large airline leasing company and he was on a foreigner comp package. He'd work 4 weeks, take 2 weeks off to travel and pretty much everything was paid for by the company to move out to SG (transportation, his super nice apartment, food, drinks, etc.)

With that said, I stand by what little I know because I knew folks who worked in that office and I once looked into it and met a couple MDs. Unless you come from the States bringing some other kind of value or you are a proven rock star and are getting international experience, seemed like they hire more from Asia or at least have language skills. Otherwise why would they pay more for you to have an expat package? But things could have changed and I wish you luck (OP got further than me).

Your buddy landed a sweet gig. You won't get that at PGIM. You're going to crank.
