Career Resources
Congrats ! I’m quite familiar with their platform as I have connected with a few folks there. I’d say you’re off to a great start. PGIM is a top brand and they do a ton of great deals that are featured in the news. To my knowledge, PGIM offers a 3 year analyst program. You pretty muchbare guaranteed a bump to associate if you do a good job, if not then you’ll have to go somewhere else. I’d say the work-life balance is great while also getting impressive compensation. After 2 years of being analyst, you can literally jump to any top REPE firm - Blackstone, TPG, Carlyle, etc. Those firms typically only hire people from other top firms. Hope that helped.
Any insight on comp ?
First year analyst should be getting $90K-$100K all in compensation. By the time you’re an associate, you should be getting about $150K all in.
Is this for the Asset Management or Acquisitions team?
I wouldn't be assigned to a team until after I sign
That’s an old trick PGIM pulls. Means you’re going to Asset Management.

Ah congrats! I’ll also be working at PGIM next year, which office will you be working in?
