No one here will know unless they work inside the firm. Production numbers aren’t thought of like at a brokerage. All opportunities at PGIM on the debt side will be strong and you will see high deal flow.

I have worked with them on a number of deals as a debt brokerage correspondent. Second some of the other comments. PGIM/lender side is not as team oriented as what you find with brokerage. Furthermore, PGIM’s reputation is of hiring top guys, (very) large salaries, less (but not zero) focus on bonus.
