Pivoting to CRE from an unrelated industry, taking Break Into Cre modeling courses
I am pivoting to commercial real estate and have started taking modeling courses. I found Justin Kivel's Break Into CRE courses pretty helpful so far. Is there anyone who has taken these courses and had success translating the skills into their analyst job? I have heard mixed reviews about it.
I am aware that each firm will have their own way of modeling, but I am curious to see what others have experienced.
