placement agent for straight investment_real estate Middle EU (Prague, Dresden, Munich, Vienna)
Hi everyone,
I dare to try it here. We are investment private company based in Prague and we are looking for placement agent to cooperate to raise funds to our upcoming projects, basically in Prague and major cities in Czech republic.
We are looking for agent, who might be interested in raising funds between 18-30 mil € of straight investment. Could you advice us, which agent might be the most suitable for coop ?
We are smaller company and due to our experience, we are not open to pay costs upfront, as we had have paid last year tens of thousands of euro for similar cooperations.
Do you have guys some advices ? Where to find, what would be the best approach to find placement agent ? We are able to offer around 4-6% as success fee, as potentional profits in our areas are high enough.
