What do people around here use to analyze and roll up property level information for a portfolio view here?
My firm is growing rapidly in size and we are currently using excel and manually rolling up forward looking returns. I don't think it's sustainable as we grow.
Any good software providers out there that does this?

RealPage has some good portfolio level views.. I work for a larger Multifamily shop and we pretty much only use excel still.
