Trying to practice RE modeling but looking for OM with monthly IS breakdown. Any guidance on where to find this?

I’ve never seen an offering memo with a monthly cash flow breakdown, only annual. If the broker has a model, they might have it monthly rolled up to annal. For a modeling test, annual is generally fine.
You'll be hard pressed to find an OM with monthly cash flows because it simply takes up too much space.
