For a 300(ish) unit high-rise in Atlanta proper we paid about $5k

Your management company should have some numbers on that.

Why don't you grab the phone book, aka google, and call up a few different companies in your city to get some quotes? 3 should do it. You don't need to commit to any of the offers.

This is one of the most annoying parts of managing commercial property. It's hard to tell if you are overpaying for certain services or if you actually have it better than most. A great practice is just finding out prices for similar services in the area. To be honest, there just is no other way to figure it out. I spent quite a lot of time finding it but I settled for a pretty good power washing service. It is tedious but it is the only way.
