How does your team project manage all the different tasks associated with executed a deal or a project? do you use project management software or are you more old school using whiteboards?
my team uses Asana and it works alright. I find it can be too overwhelming or ineffective at saving time because of how many clicks it takes to get to a task or understanding how to structure the templates better.
